The Falafel emoji portrays the famous Middle-Eastern food whose main ingredients are chickpeas or fava beans. The falafel is so popular that the country of Israel even has a song about it. Platforms usually depict the emoji with three pieces of falafel. The exterior is brown which is achieved after frying; meanwhile the interior shows a green color, coming from the fava beans and its aromatic ingredients like parsley.
