Apple Color Emoji. It ships with every copy of macOS and iOS, and uses Apple's proprietary bitmap-in-font format (sbix). The file lives at /System/Library/Fonts/Apple Color Emoji.ttc on macOS.

Its design is what most of the world thinks of when they picture an emoji — because Apple popularized the soft, 3D-shaded style that iPhones launched with in 2008.
