Is it OK to put emojis in headings?

Technically yes, but be careful: an emoji in a heading is announced by screen readers alongside the heading text, so you don't want them to read “Rocket rocket rocket Our New Product”. A single emoji at the end of a heading is usually fine; a string of them is not.
